About the Role

Due to continued growth and demand for our services, AME is currently looking for experienced self-motivated individual to join our Kalgoorlie Team as an Office Administrator. The role is dynamic and solutions-driven, within a fun and supportive working environment. This is a residential based position, and candidates must reside in Kalgoorlie.

Accountabilities

  • Management of external phone calls – answering calls, redirecting calls, and taking accurate messages as required.
  • Preparing job quotations, setting up new projects, and assisting in scheduling of inspector workforce.
  • Coordinate site mobilisation and inductions for team of inspectors.
  • Booking medicals and training for inspectors and overseeing workforce qualifications register.
  • Maintain AME vehicle fleet, plant, equipment and office supplies.
  • Invoicing support and expenses reconciliation.
  • Data entry and management within internal online inspection system.
  • Provide assistance and support to Kalgoorlie Branch Manager, Inspectors and Perth colleagues.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated efficiency in time management and ability to multitask & prioritise projects.
  • WA Drivers license
