What is Crane Inspection Awareness Training?
AME’s industry leading crane inspection awareness training course has been created to fill an existing void in Australia for the training of inspectors to meet their training competency requirements for crane inspections.
Meet Your Crane Inspection Requirements
AME’s crane inspection awareness training is a role-specific training program that enables crane inspectors to meet competency requirements for OH&S.
One of the very few specific crane inspection training options available in Australia, it was developed by AME to meet the needs of the industry. Our Crane Inspection Awareness Training is a full-day program based on the extensive combined experience of AME’s Managing Director and Plant Inspectors.
Comply with OHS Legislation
The AME Crane Inspection Awareness Training Course covers the specific maintenance requirements for Bridge, Gantry, Portal and Jib Cranes (AS2550.3) and Mobile Cranes (AS2550.5). These cranes typically consists of a minimum 12 weekly routine maintenance inspection and a 52 week periodic third-party inspection (more frequently depending on the crane usage).
All attendees will be issued a comprehensive training manual. At the completion of the training all participants will be issued with a Certificate of Training. Please note, this course will not make you a qualified crane inspector.
