Having a First Class Mine Managers Certification with a background in underground gold, lead, zinc, copper, and nickel metalliferous mines, open cut gold and alluvial diamond mines, raise boring, surface and underground, utilising directional drilling tools.
He prides himself in being an exceptional leader and having extensive knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Regulations (MSIR – 1995) and the Occupational Safety & Health Regulations (OS&H 1996).
He is highly regarded by his peers and associates having exceptional knowledge in mining practices, maintenance issues and classified plant. Always willing to grow and mentor others, he’s very proud of developing AME’s 2-year graduate trainee program along with the association with the University of WA. Being in line with AME’s core values, he’s honest, passionate, and responsive when helping our clients maintain compliance with the mining regulations.
Grace is a strategic thinker with hands on operational experience. She is a natural leader with excellent business acumen. She has extensive mining maintenance shut down experience and from knowledge gained from her MBA, applied her gained skills and knowledge in a wide range of people management, Occupational Safety and Health, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Business Development and Employee Relations.

Trevor was responsible for developing the industry leading Classified Plant Training program. As an industry expert in Classified Plant Inspection and Management, Trevor has trained hundreds of personnel in various positions, including WorkSafe and Resources Safety Inspectors.
