Schedule 26 of the WHS Mines Regulations 2022
The eligibility criteria below sets out the statutory pathway:
✔ At least two years mining experience or experience in a mine related business.
✔ Complete WHS risk management units of competency.
❓ Pass the Mines Statutory Position Exam.

Course Content and Delivery
The key learning outcomes for the exam preparation course are understanding the structure of the WHS legislation allowing you to navigate terminology when answering an exam question.
✔ 1 day @ 8 hours face to face delivery.
✔ Perth, the Pilbara, the Goldfields, or Bunbury training hubs.
✔ On site delivery for client groups.
✔ You receive a hard copy of the WA WHS Act 2020 to mark up during the course and take to the exam.
✔ You receive a hard copy of the WA WHS Mines Regulations 2022 to mark up during the course and take to the exam.
✔ Training is based on the regulatory structure and how to understand it.
✔ Practice exam questions are available.
Upon Completing the Course
✔ Non-accredited training.
✔ You will receive a Statement of Attendance.
