Our top-notch training course aims to provide a fundamental understanding of registered plant and ensure compliance with associated obligations. \nCourse Modules\n\nWA WHS legislation\, implementation\, and structure.\nTransitional savings provisions and exemptions.\nPart 3.1 and Part 10.2 Managing the risks to health and safety at a mine.\nChapter 5 Duties and Registration of plant.\nSchedule 5 Types of plant requiring registration.\nTypes of inspections and inspection compliance.\nOnline plant management systems. (MSMS)\nSchedule 26 Statutory function and requirements.\nData plate interpretation to Australian Standards\, ASME and PED.\nAdditional duties for plant and regulatory trends.\nPerform practical inspections of registered plant.\nItinerant plant inspections.\n\nCourse Information\n\nCourses are conducted in Perth\, Kalgoorlie\, Bunbury\, Port Hedland or onsite.\nTwo days (8am to 3pm)\nMorning tea and lunch provided.
