This one-day program provides a practical introduction to API 653 requirements and the core principles used to assess tank condition\, suitability for service and inspection needs. \nEach training session includes a course manual\, morning tea and a light lunch. Sessions are held at our Burswood training facility\, and onsite training for larger groups can be arranged on request. \nThe curriculum covers: \n\nKey API 653 terms\, roles and inspection responsibilities\nIncident awareness and risk considerations identified during tank inspections\nDetermining Suitability for Service\nTypes of inspections and required intervals (external\, internal\, in-service)\nOverview of common NDT methods used for tank assessments\nRecognizing damage mechanisms that may lead to failure\nInspection checklists\, reporting requirements and documentation standards\nTank markings\, identification and nameplate requirements\n\nRefreshments\, including morning tea and a light lunch\, are provided.
